Journey von der Beizjagd – Our Foundation Female

Journey is the heart of our German Shepherd breeding program—a powerhouse of drive, focus, and athleticism. Journey is a medium sized female with excellent structure.High-energy and highly motivated, she’s an exceptional working dog with the grit and versatility we strive to produce. She has flashy obedience, a natural desire to track, and is incredibly quick. She is very high energy and needs to be doing something or working. She is social with people and has a high desire to please her handler. Journey learns things exceptionally fast, and is an easy dog to train.

She holds her IGP1 and BH titles, along with multiple AKC performance titles including BCAT, CGC, TKN, RN, and two legs toward her Rally Advanced. She is also earning points toward her DCAT.

Journey comes from outstanding working lines. Her littermate, Joker, recently made history by winning the 2024 WUSV World Championship—bred, trained, handled, and owned by Erin O'Shea. Her pedigree speaks for itself:

Show Critique from USCA Judge Richard Shook: Excellent expression, powerful female.  High withers and firm strong back.  Croup should be somewhat steeper.  Front angulation the upper arm is the length it should be, and should be somewhat steeper as well.  Underline is good.  Dog is always powerful around the ring.  Little bit more rear drive but front reach is very good SG2.
