Ghost is very stable, clear-headed, and is dominant in his character. Ghost is social outside of work and in the home with people and animals. Genetically during work he displays a dominant character, full pushing grips however remains extremely clear headed easily transitioning between drives.

Ghost genetically has a strong search/hunt. He is also genetically a very hard dog with a lot of drive, extremely high pain tolerance however he thrives to please his handler. He can be hard headed and strong, but at the same time he is teachable and capable of being operant but by no means soft. He carries many traits from his father line because of this he has a manageable edge to him followed with a great deal of possession. From his mother line he remains environmentally free and displays solid nerves. As with all dogs both sides of the pedigree matter, and the purity of his mother line has consistently produced dogs that can be handled by different handlers due to the much desired clarity in and out of work. Like his father and mother Ghost is the type of dog that can work all day but maintains a very much desired off switch.

Joy is an Ivo III PH1 (H. R. Iedema) daughter with other notable influential dogs in her bloodline such as Berry II (Lamers), Boy (Backhaus), Rudy (Jansen), Django (van der Doelen), Biko (Jansen) and Wibo (van Leeuwen). She is a substantial size female with good bone structure and weighs around 75-80lbs. Joy is incredibly social with people and other animals, and can get along with just about anyone. I’m pretty sure she’s never met a stranger a day in her life. We affectionately refer to her as the dumb blonde of the family.

One of the best qualities of Joy is her rock solid temperament and stable nerves. Joy takes every situation in stride with confidence and happiness to be there with you. She loves to work for and be with her people. Joy has incredible prey drive, will hunt for a ball all day long, and despite a lack of training in bitework is incredibly enthusiastic with a strong desire to bite. Her primary job has been to raise puppies, and she has not had much formal training.

Joy is 100% medically clear with spine, hip and elbow x rays, as well as a clear Embark panel. I’m happy to share those results with anyone that would like to see them. Joy has proven to be an excellent producer over different studs. She has been bred to Tommy (Pegge) multiple times as well as Otto (Wilts). She has offspring successfully competing and trialing in KNPV, FR, PSA, and working roles. We expect nothing less from the combination with her and Ghost.
